Team performance is a high-leverage, often neglected area that can have massive long-term pain (especially pertaining to the executive team). We offer numerous offsite designs to help teams build trust and work together more cohesively, including:

  • Understanding and applying the First Team concept - what does it mean and look like to truly behave like a team? We examine the specific behaviors that contribute to, or erode, team cohesion in the context of typical team development stages

  • Driving high performance through clarity - to achieve high-performance, teams need to fully understand and be aligned around the answers to critical questions such as: why does this organization/team exist? (vision), how do we behave? (values), and what’s most important right now? (priorities)

  • Peer to peer accountability and feedback - understand the tools and develop the muscles to strengthen the team’s performance through shared accountability

  • Developing trust and empathy - strengthen team relationships through understanding each other’s working styles, communication preferences, and mental models
